here is the letter from enald tan

to everybody who wants to join our mayon ride,

as i have said on my previous email.., i already reserved 2 buses for this trip. now, i need a confirmation from everybody who will join. just to let you all know.., i already made a deposit to the bus company as we are going to charter this trip. so, i am thinking on setting a deadline para hindi naman kawawa ako and the bus company kung hindi matuloy ang iba. i will need for everybody joining to deposit on my account P1,900.00 for the bus fare roudtrip naga-manila- naga and i will set FRIDAY the 13th of June as the deadline. this way, i will know for sure who will join us para maka adjust din ako with the bus company if ever 1,2 or 3 bus ang kailangan. i am sorry but there will be no refund.., because this is also my agreement with the bus company. just in case you already paid and there's some emergency that you can't make it.., you can just give your seat to somebody else and let them just pay you.

account name : REGINALD I. TAN
BDO account number: 0730029522 branch > Naga-General Luna St.
METROBANK account number: 1263126506598 branch > Naga-Caceres St.

i reserved 10 rooms each with double (2) single beds on each room.

me and alvin will take care of our saturday night dinner and sunday lunch at mayon summit.., kami na bahala dyan - libre na namin yan.

Alvin,
How many cyclists usually go out on your Sunday rides?

Did you test ride your LW already? Enald might add LW to his choices of
his next wheelset purchase. Tell him Lew na lang. Grin

our weekend will look like this. minor changes are, we ommit the bike ride (25kms) from naga city to sangay due to poor road conditions. so, we will provide a truck with bike rack ala egat style and load our bikes saturday afternoon 5pm at civic center so that we will not rush it on sunday morning. yes, the truck will be park in a secured private place. we will have several cars and vans who will bring us to sangay and tail us all the way 'til the finish and from ligao city to naga city. and these cars/vans will also serve as sag wagon for those who can't ride anymore. also, upon ending our "official stop" ride at ligao city.., those who are feeling good have an option to ride from ligao city to naga city - 65kms mostly tailwind, flat and easy ride. i request the strong guys at cat a to be up front and do the steady pace making so that the cat b and cat c riders can freewheel at the back. but again, this option is only for those who are still feeling "bitin".., but our official "end of the ride" stop is at ligao city. also, one more good news is i heard the CWC is open for public to try out the cables despite the world championship being held next week. so, on saturday.., for those who want to try wakeboarding or just simply hang out at CWC can do so.

lastly, for those late deciders..,you can still join this fun bike trip. all you have to do is go to alimall cubao bus terminal and ride a bus to naga. don't forget your bike.

our accomodation is officially at naga city civic youth center., it's like YMCA. P750 per room aircon with private t&b, regardless of how many people are in. i have explain this before. we have 10 rooms there. some guys do have a place to stay here in naga and others who want to stay in fine hotels can book it here.

if there's anymore questions. feel free to text or call me.

see you guys soon,

enald tan
