I was pretty sure I checked the "C" on the category part of the race reg form. But when the race started 5 min after Cat B started, the pace was blistering 25-26mph (let me get my handy calculator.....40-42.6KPH PACE!!!!) 
...AND WE WE'RE JUST WARMING UP!!!
Somebody next to me asked,"CAT C BA NI? (IS THIS CAT C?)!!!"
.....another added, "murag Cat A na man ni dah!!!(this feels like Cat A!!!). I yelled,"MALUOY POD MO SA MGA TIGUWANG UY!!!(HAVE MERCY ON THE OLD PEOPLE, WILL YOU!!!)" ...the huffing rider on my right managed to laughed in between heavy breathing. 
...it was 60 y/o strong as ever, Boboy Mante. He said something like,"wa gyud kaluoy sa tiguwang ning mga nasa unahan no?"(these guys upfront don't have respect to the older riders, arent they?)
I managed to peek who was at the front and it was freakkin RAYMOND SEE!!! before the start of the race, I thought he was kidding when he whispered to me that he's watching Dondie's moves and would counter attack any of Dondie's attack....and HE DID!!!!.... WE OLDIES SUFFERED THE CONSEQUENCES.
